Credit for Jamba! subscription model

There is a huge discussion going on (in German) about the business methods of Jamba!, started by Spreeblick and collected here.

Much centers around the wicked subscription model catching out teenagers. However, it appears Jamba is given all too much credit - its really the investor that came up with the idea. Thats what it says in the "Venture Capital Magazin" December issue (Title: "Standpunkt Investor: Suche Kapital, behalte Kontrolle", not online available).
